I am Board Certified in Internal Medicine and practice in Tampa, Florida. I’ve struggled with controlling hypertension for the last 20 years and was looking for something beyond medication. The stress management classes allowed me to reset and introduce new, effective ways to improve my health. Learning the specifics on how stress affects the brain and what tools can be used to alleviate stressful situations was ground breaking.It was much more than I ever expected and I’m really glad I made these classes a priority on my busy calendar.
